about the project
Challenge

Upper Court is a Georgian manor estate near Tewkesbury in the Cotswolds, dating back to 1760, offering self-catering cottages, manor house rooms, and full exclusive-use hire of the fifteen-acre grounds for up to 43 guests.

The estate needed a website that could speak to very different audiences in the same breath: couples booking a quiet weekend away, families planning a reunion, hen parties looking for a statement venue, and companies organising an offsite — all without diluting the sense of heritage and place that makes Upper Court distinct.

The brief called for more than a brochure site. Guests needed to check real availability across three cottages and manor house rooms, compare exclusive-estate hire against individual bookings, browse curated experience and catering bundles, and reach out with confidence through an interface that felt as considered as the estate itself.

The design language reflects the estate's Georgian heritage and fifteen-acre grounds, giving every page the same sense of place and considered elegance as a visit to Upper Court itself.

Guests can check real availability across the three cottages and manor house rooms, and compare exclusive-estate hire against individual bookings, all in one place.

Visitors can browse by property — Cottages, Manor House Rooms, or the whole estate — explore the grounds and facilities, and view event spaces before making an enquiry.

The website was built so the Upper Court team can easily manage content — stays, packages, and updates — without needing developer support.

what we do
Project solution

We designed and built a fully responsive website structured around how people actually decide to book a stay: browse by property (Cottages, Manor House Rooms, or the whole estate), explore the estate facilities, and view event spaces before making an enquiry.

The platform includes live availability search, curated stay packages, catering information, a location guide, FAQ, blog, and gallery, alongside trust signals from TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and VisitEngland — all built so the Upper Court team can easily manage content without developer support.
